Time to head out for one last hoorah before the season fizzles out. Trevor and I will go west to Eleanor, WV for the 12 hours Creek to Peak MTB Race. Should be fun as the course is challenging and the people are cool. The weather is looking fit for the race. I believe the course lap is 10.5 miles with around 1000 ft of elevation. That will add up quick on the weary legs and body from a season that has been SWEET, but punishing. I might even stop off on Sunday as we travel back east to hit a classic that has been revived in Virginia. In the meantime, keep riding as it is the source to all the answers you seek.
